What works
Everything. I get one fixme message during gameplay. The occasional graphical glitch occurs but it happened much more frequently on Windows ;)
The ship factory works as well.

Nothing failed for me- just one fixme message and nothing after that.

If you want to use the ship factory (Later releases of the Demo don't include it) all you need to do is copy the FACTORY.EX_ file from an earlier version's install folder and plop it in your C:\\SPACE\\ folder named FACTORY.EXE.
I have tested it and it does work perfectly fine. Audio doesn't seem to work with it though, even with native wavemix.dll.
