What works
Installation like in "selected in Test Results table" writen. VBA and other utilities can be installed afterwards if *.msi and *.exe utilities were executed from installation-CD directly.
What does not
Corel X3 under wine can not open Corel-X3-Data created in win7. But You can save in win7 Data in corel11-format. These Corel11-Data can be opened perfectly.

Set Windows version to WIN10
Set msvcr90,msxml4, msxml6,ole32,oleaut32,riched32,rpcrt4 to (builtin,native).
After that opening X3 13 files works fine! Someone coplained before that they crashed the app and that was true.
