Intro movie does not work. You must load the game with the option +noIntroCinematic and with a NoCD crack.
wine aomx.exe +noIntroCinematic
Multiplayer does not work due to the NoCD crack. After we get SafeDisk implementation or make a nocd crack that mimics an actual cd, then we can play online.
Install did not work for me so I installed it on my Windows HD, replaced the aomx.exe with a NoCD, and launched it within ubuntu. The reason why the install doesn't work is because it asks you to switch CDs in the middle of the installation and Ubuntu/Wine won't let you eject the disk. If you unmount the disk, then you can eject it, but then Wine can't read the new disk.
Play in window does not work correctly for me. It keeps the window full screen with minor glitches.

As a workaround, look in the gfxconfig and gfxconfig2 folders and replace the contents of the i845.gfx files with the context of the geforce3.gfx files. This should work with both nvidia and amd gpus.
After that, you should be able to use higher resolutions are 32bpp, and the fog of war issue and water glitch should be fixed.
