Fullscreen works if you tick the checkbox "Check this box if you experience graphical problems". This is actually suggested in the official help file (but it does not specify that the game crashes!). I do not have the setup of the game, only a copy of the game files, so I cannot tell for the install. Both sound and music work (if a midi synth is properly configured - I've been using 'timidity'). The game speed is correct once the patch has been applied (this bug affects Windows too). The patch can be found here: http://info.sonicretro.org/images/c/c1/S3kpatch.7z I don't think this should prevent a platinum grade since this is a programming issue in the game (it also affects Windows). All in all, Wine does a great job for this game!
