What works

• Installation (well, enough to play the games, anyway)
• Gameplay
• Graphics
• Sound effects
• Pause, restart, reset, exit
• Special stage mode
• Both joystick and keyboard control
  

What does not

The installer is buggy in several ways:

• It needs to be run in Windows 98 mode; otherwise, it says you can't play on Windows NT and won't complete.
• It produces an extra, blank window
• It seems to hang near the beginning, but it does continue after a while 
• The mouse cursor becomes invisible during the aforementioned hang
  
• It produces error messages frequently, but they don't seem to have any significant effect if you just click OK every time.

Other broken things:

• Background music must be disabled; otherwise, the games will hang or crash at the Sega logo.
• The arrow buttons on the game selection screen and sound test are more narrow than they should be. (Minor problem)
• The game window has no title bar unless "allow the window manager to decorate the windows" is disabled in winecfg. (Could be KDE's fault rather than Wine's, but either way, it's consistent with this game and never happens with any other program I've tried.)
  
• Trying to enter fullscreen mode makes the game crash.
• Trying to use the sound test makes the program freeze. (even for sound effects)
  
• Everything in "help" seems to do nothing at all.

Workarounds

What was not tested

Uninstallation, remapping controls, and multiplayer. I didn't play any of these games all the way to completion, either.
