Other than the annoying crosshair issue the only problem is that the game runs rather slow compared to native windows environment. Setting OffscreenRenderingMode to fbo and UseGLSL to disabled helps greatly but still at times it does become a slideshow. Also the intro video takes forever to play if desktop is not set to 1024x768; running with -novid is a good idea.
