Note that plain Word Viewer 2003 is no longer available from Microsoft. The current download link installs the installs the 2007 version, which is really the 2003 version with SP1 applied. Â You can tell which version you have by the name of the downloaded file:

What works
Installs. Opens .doc document. I can view in web layout, read layout, print layout etc. I can use Split function from Tools menu. I can turn on/off the ruler without problems. Zoom seems to work correctly and so does Full Screen view of the document. Wheel seems to work in full screen mode as well as print layout.
What does not
When using my middle button to scroll in reading view mode, after hitting 3rd display page the document resets and shows from first page. Several instances of this message are shown in debug when scroll fails

First time I go through document properties tab (first click on General, then Summary, Statistics, Contents, Custom) somewhere during the redraw the window jumps from current position to centered.
