What works
I installed the italian version.
I tried on Gentoo emerging the unstable version of wine on ~x86: 0.9.24.
The program starts, but i had to override riched20.dll riched32.dll
What does not
I still have the debug messages:

fixme:htmlhelp:HtmlHelpW HH case HH_CLOSE_ALL not handled.
err:x11drv:X11DRV_CreateWindow invalid window height -208

When I drag'n'drop doors windows etc, the map is not updated, but they are placed in room 'cause if you see the 3D view they are there.
The problem is the dimension of the window in the 3d view.
