What works

Install OK, Game runs after no-cd patch.

Initial video selection dialog shows template text ($title) etc if run from desktop, if you cd into ~/.wine/drive_c/program files/MDK2 and run wine MDK2.exe the template text is correctly replace with the real text.

Full Screen didn't appear to work, but run in a window. (I have Twinview running so that may have confused it). Again the text between the levels was very slow, but didn't crash the game.

What does not

Fullscreen (but may be my configuration)

HowTo / Notes

MDK2 Sound

While playing MDK2 using the alsa plugin, there are many buffer underrun problems. Switching to Mdk2Main.exe to OSS in winecfg fixes them (at least the ones You can hear, because there are still a few err:dsound:DSOUND_MixInBuffer msg's in the console window).
