The updater sometimes likes to crash while updating. To fix that, download the manual patch from Trickster's site and apply it. Then edit the patch version in the registry (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > Software > Ntreev > Trickster_GSP > UpdateVersion). The game is then at it's current version. When you try to start the game, Gameguard will update as usual (upon first run) then initialize. Once the actual game window tries to load, it crashes and quits.
