What works
Nearly everything. By copying over mfc42u.dll from my old Windows installation, I was able to save as .png & .gif. All tools seem to work.
What does not
Right clicking. It continues to draw in the secondary color after you release the button. The result of this can not be undone.
Shift-dragging is unbelievably slow, but this is somewhat of a non-issue.

The right clicking issue is somewhat of a deal breaker for me - I rely heavily on it.
