The Launcher is a bit buggy, it wont allow the installation to be started from it, I had to use setup.exe.

Game will not boot atall, crashing out each time, tried in various compatability modes.

I tested using v1.0 and v1.12, neither of these worked. As suggested below I tried a no-cd crack for v1.11 but this did not work either.
