Everything audio related.

What does not

"Save As" which is not able to create a non existing file (even if we "touch" a file before saving)
Impossible to dock the "level meters" horizontally. We see the "ghosted" shape of the docking toolbar but once we release the mouse, the toolbar hasn't moved.
Playing a sound with the "level meters" active makes the CPU stick to 100% usage
