The single and multi-player work perferctly, better than in Windows. :)
All tested on GenuineIntel 2400 Mhz, 768 MB of RAM and nVidia GeForce 5600 FX.

In my personal experience with the game(s) I have not had a problem in this expansion without the base game (Call of Duty) also being at fault.
