The menu screens render at a very small resolution, and when going to menu from in-game, it's slowed down due to this. It took a bit of back-and-forth between resolutions to get it to work properly, but then it worked flawlessly, other than the abovementioned switching. I had no problems with weather effects being on, for the time I tried it.
