What does not
What was not tested
Nothing missed that I can think of!
Runs very slowly, but not unplayably slow. Card images are upside down on the board and whenever looking at a listed view in the game client (but not in the card overview pane, so as others have stated no deal breaker). "Access Violation" error windows occasionally pop up when adding or removing reminder numbers on creatures, player's avatar pics, and mana pools. When I played online, these error windows would cause a disconnect with everybody I played against except for a friend of mine who lives relatively nearby in the same state. Clearly so: playing against random people, I would get maybe two minutes into a game before a disconnect. With my friend, I played for four hours straight. Tested this program "three days with absolutely nothing to do" thoroughly.

get winetricks from http://www.kegel.com/wine/winetricks and do:
sh winetricks corefonts
the Arial and Times fonts are needed for the numbers and names to show up on cards and zones.
(Please note:With the latest version of wine, do NOT delete the .dll that the other test result comments told you to delete; if you do, it will give you problems with the play area not displaying.)
