What works
It installed ok. When it started it came up with one error box - something about spupdsvc.exe (only the first time), then eventually starts. It wouldn't open files - crashing - work around is preferences --> File Handling and turn on "Enable Version Cue" - as seen here http://blog.umlungu.co.uk/blog/2007/dec/12/running-adobe-indesign-cs2-under-wine-linux/ After that it seems to be functional.
What does not
Placing image in file - seems flakey - it worked one time, then not the other.
Workarounds
What was not tested
Printing.
