I have not actually connected my ECU to the serial port and tried uploading / downloading, but the serial port is configured and I imagine it will work properly.

Requires the installation of DCOM98, and DLL overrides ole32,oleaut32,rpcrt4,typelib. It also requires some messing around with typelib. The software comes with a version of typelib, but during the install, it was reporting 'version of typelib is old.' I got around it by copying in newer version of typelib (2.10.3029.1 instead of 2.3.3025.1.)
