Additional Comments

No limitations on 360 mouse movement. There is a warning dialog on start. Just push okay and the game will play fine. I did not need a cd crack to play the game.

HowTo / Notes

Multiplayer
Multiplayer via LAN seems to be working fine as long as the players are not connected via wireless. I was unable to connect to a friends server and vice-versa as he was on wireless and i was connected via ethernet to the wireless router. Stick to ethernet and your good. do let me know though if wireless LAN does work.
HOWTO

Well, nothing much to it. Just dump in the CD, do "wine setup.exe" and it installs beautifully without a hitch. after that one may want to use the no-cd patch and then just execute the stvoy.exe and stvoyhm.exe files for single and multi player respectively. ( the no-cd files are not required, the game works perfectly from CD or by a mounted iso )

too many keys being pressed.
ive noticed that when i have both the mouse keys and a keyboard key being pressed, the games input freezes. apparently it opens the drop down menu on the desktop which is similiar to simply right-clicking on the desktop. this ofcourse is a problem with wine ( doesnt happen when playing the game in windows ) and lets see if the future versions can correct this overflow of input.
Native version available
Native Linux beta version of this game is available here. Please note this is only for multi-playet ( Holomatch ) and does not support single player. Also i have not tested it myself.

Low sound in-game
by dencrypt on Saturday February 4th 2017, 10:52
I have a problem with sound. In-game the voice audio is EXTREMELY low. The other audio is fine but I have to lower it to minimum and put voice to maximum and I still have to have overall high volume in my system to hear the voice in-game. In cutsequences the sound goes ballistic so you have to lower it ASAP (since you have to have it high while playing).

Anyone else had this problem?
