The full single player game after applying the 1.10 patch.
What does not
Unpatched single player.
What was not tested
Holomatch against other human opponents
The expansion pack
Single-player would immediately crash on execution if no patches were applied. The shadows in this game look really funny (they're pitch black and move oddly), but it's been so long since I've played the game natively that I do not remember if this is normal behavior.

Well, nothing much to it. Just dump in the CD, do "wine setup.exe" and it installs beautifully without a hitch. after that one may want to use the no-cd patch and then just execute the stvoy.exe and stvoyhm.exe files for single and multi player respectively. ( the no-cd files are not required, the game works perfectly from CD or by a mounted iso )
