Everything. Not flawlessly.
What does not
Fullscreen has some minor issues. Runs in this mode, albeit with some difficulty.
What was not tested
Installation, cheats, and third-party plugins.
Fullscreen mode does not in fact take up the entire screen; there's still parts of the screen where the background and desktop show through. Menu bar (with options, etc.) is usable, but the bar above it to move the window, close the program, etc. is non-existent. Must press alt+f4 or terminate the process to close the program. Note that this only occurs if you go into fullscreen mode and then return to windowed.
