What works

Emulator works on install. Configuring for plugins needed. Sound, ROMS, Cheats, all work. Updating and unzipping new RDB.

What does not

Certain controller plugins. Apatoid/N-Rage/Jabo (All default installed plugins), Application Uninstaller. There is also a mixed screen at the bottom edge of the emulator where it displays the FPS and Emulation status were normally the gray bar sits. Doesn't seen to directly impact game play. Also, if you have the settings to freeze the emulator when not in use or selected, minimizing at certain load points of game will cause a permanent black screen. (i.e, Opening of Conker's Bad Fur Day)

What was not tested

Certain ROMS (Zelda, etc)

Additional Comments

Found several graphics, sounds, and controller plugins. Default audio and graphic (Jabo) plugins seem to work. Had controller issues, seemingly resolved when used Darkman's DInput 4.0. On first uninstall had to manually delete Project64 folder and comb through files to delete anything else despite reinstalling.

HowTo / Notes

READ IF: You have installed Project64 on your Windows partition.
When you load up Project64 for the first time using Wine, if it's installed in your Windows partition, it won't be able to load ROMs, because it's looking for a different directory. You'll need to point the program to the ROM directory in your Windows partition (generally /media/disk/Program Files/Project 64 v1.6) change "disk" to whatever your primary hard drive is named in your Linux distro.
