What works
Everything works.
Adding links via pasting from clipboard, file, and pasting one at a time is flawless.
Changing the order of the downloads works, as does using the options to configure usernames/passwords for all the sites supported by RapGet.

Only Rapid Share and Megadownloads links were tested, but I have no reason to think the others would not work as well.

Additional Comments
The information tooltips that rapid share creates when events occur, such as successful downloads, often remains on the screen, regardless of where RapGet's window is moved to. Closing and re-opening RapGet removes the tooltips.
