Adding sounds, setting up half-life/half-life mods to allow the .wav files to play through the microphone, playing sounds.
What does not
Hotkeys. Without hotkeys, you are pretty much stuck with only playing one file (named voice_input.wav), and to switch sounds in-game you have to manually change cstrike/voice_input.wav (replace that with the other sound you want to play).
There are also some window focus issues: i.e. when adding a new sound, the dialog that opens up to add a sound is hidden behind the main window, so unless you cycle through your windows, you won't know it's there :(
What was not tested
Switching sounds in-game, as hotkeys are not yet implemented.
The fact that a good portion of this application runs prevents it from getting the Garbage rating, but for anything higher hotkeys must be implemented.
