Game works perfectly, but have smaller fps in compare to run under windows, and only what You need to run is install d3dx9_36 using winetricks. I recomended to use 1.4 version of Wine or older, because i newer wine versions You will get crash at game startup, and you will need to delete Postal2.ini before every game start. Too some kind of skip this problem, You need to delete Postal2.ini, run game, change settings for yourself, and turn of game, delete Default.ini file, then rename Postal2.ini file to Default.ini, what will give, your settings any time regardless of Postal2.ini deletion.

Open up regedit and navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\DirectInput
Add a key named MouseWarpOverride, and set it's value to force.
