Without a no-cd patch(1.0 1.337), it crashes with this error:

If the mouse only works on the upper left corner of the screen use this:
Open up regedit and navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\DirectInput
Add a key named MouseWarpOverride, and set it's value to force.
