To install the game, I had to copy all of the contents of the two cds onto my hard drive (keeping the directory heirarchy) and then running Setup.exe from the directory it is in. I also had to install the game via a windowed session (I couldn't do it regularaly because the install background blocks the install shield boxes. To run the game I needed a no-cd crack.
