Everything you could think of. Sound works well when set manually (try a prebuffer of 60ms for optimum sound quality). And controls are relatively smooth. Mouse is software though, but should not affect you too much if you are a good player :P or you could always use Cedega if it really annoys you that much :)
What does not
There is some problems with Z movement when running under Wine, most noticeable in games like Rocket Jump.
MIDI will not work under OSS (this is an obvious fact, but if you know some way of getting it working, please tell me), and Sound is bad under ALSA. You might also have problems when trying to run fullscreen, if you use a complex Window Manager such as KDE or GNOME.
What was not tested
The 1.08.01 server. This is not tested due to the server already being ported to Linux and *NIX based systems already.
The ZLauncher also wasn't tested, as it has been known not to work. An alternative is to use IDE, which is maintained by bond. IDE may soon be ported to Linux to talk advantage of using it to launch Linux server binaries, and select between Cedega and Wine as ZDaemon's Windows environment. This may also include some custom settings or overrides to increase the games performance.
It has been given a silver rating due to quite a few minor problems encountered. ZDaemon may not enter fullscreen properly. There is also slight defects with Z-Movement, and performance is slightly reduced. For a software rendered game it runs very well, so if a few of the issues above can be resolved this rating may go up to gold. Even though this game has been tested on SuSE it should have similar effects on other distros.
