What works

The whole program. It really works! Amazing!

What does not

If your network is not up the first time you run RTFP, then attempts to contact the Jeppesen server will fail. And even if you close the program, get networking up, and restart, it still won't be able to connect to Jepp. In fact, the install won't work, even if you reboot.

I did an rm -rf .wine and then re-installed the setup program and the problem went away. No trouble since.

Workarounds

What was not tested

I tested setting routes, changing aircraft, zooming on the maps, looking at the flight plan and flight log sheets, and downloading weather information, including weather maps. It all worked.
