As far as I know, everything seems to work. I switched a bunch of toggles in the options, and tried a bunch of game features.

Opened Options.ini within game folder, changed resolution to make it look better on my widescreen. I recommend running the game, seeing what kind of graphics options and such you want, then closing it before modifying resolution.
