Everything works as expected. You do need a couple of winetricks.
What does not
Doesn't play video's correctly without quartz, doesn't talk in station without devenum.
You need amstream, atl90, qasf, quartz and devevum to get the full experience. (including station chatter and stuff)
What was not tested
My config: Wine 4.2 staging (32bit version for X2) - Windows 2000
*amstream: native, buildin
*atl90: native, buildin
devenum: native, buildin

Here are some dll files that are needed to play the game, they're easily found via a popular search engine:
Unzip these dll's into both ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system and ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32.
Everything should work fine.
