What works

everything in single-player I've tested so far:

• sound and music (using ALSA with default settings)
  
• rendering is fine and glitch-free
• changing various in-game options
• general gameplay both in fullscreen and virtual desktop mode
• mouse control
• in-game videos
  

What does not

multiplayer: cannot find servers

intro video is very choppy, probably caused by d3d issues

LAN

playing with multiple mice (a game feature)

finishing the game (I've played only the first 3 levels)

anti-aliasing (disabled by default)

Additional Comments

The single-player part of the game works excellently, without any dll overrides (only the corefonts package was installed, because of the steam client). I preferred starting the game directly by: wine Steam.exe -applaunch 1002
