Some grafics glitches, but not many. (I can't remember to 'fly', but there's no gravity, so you can just move camera upwards and you move upwards.)

Unbelievable what 96 Kilobytes can contain! A real 1st person shooter with music, sounds, 3D graphics with lightning, shadows, many models, weapons, amo, effects. A masterpiece!

Wine 1.2 was a platinum for me. Any clue on that?
