When running with native comctl32.dll, then it runs also in "Allow the window manager to control the windows" mode, and the output is renewed correctly. Seems that almost everything is working.
What does not
When executed in "Allow the window manager to control the windows" mode, the splash screen at start is covering the starting dialogs (it can be solved by right click -> move on application bar). Some icons where a little bit badly displayed.
