Game does not start: after launching the exe it switches resolution a few times, then displays the error message "Could not initialize Direct3D graphics. " and exits. Tried both gdi and opengl renderers, fullscreen and windowed mode. With and without dx3d9.

Additional Comments

Same issue with Wine 4.8 and 4.1. Wine prefix : 32 bits.

Game version used : v1.03 (prepatched).

I recommend to set a virtual desktop with winecfg before to (try to) run the game, because it can crash the OS screen resolution.
