Additional Comments
Fullscreen: the game does not shows well on fullscreen, it does not fit the screen completely and after the introduction, it crashes and exits. Front-Buffer Effects: enabling this features causes the split screen sections to not be displayed correctly, making the game unplayable in some situations. Patching the game: as today, patching the game to 1.1 version does not work, so it must be done in a Virtual Machine or Windows. I suggest to do it once and then keeping the folder for future uses. Crashes: the game randomly crashes, sometimes after the first logo screens, sometimes after logging in your account, sometimes in the middle of a chapter. I really couldn't understand what the problem could be, i tried EVERYTHING. Anyway it seems to be a D3D problem, so we should work on it. I suggest to disable also Vertical Synchronization, it avoids a crash after the game introduction. There is also a little issue. If you leave the register editor as standard, the initial logo screens do not show up. This is not so important, but if you want to make them show up, you have to do this. - Open the register editor (wine regedit) - Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> Wine - Add the "Direct3D" key. - Into that key, add "OffscreenRenderingMode" and set it to "pbuffer". Anyway, don't be scared. The game is completely playable and it can be finished. All you have to do is a little patience and some luck. For all these problems i rated this game to "bronze".
