Can view most help desk cases and change tickets in our Remedy implementation

What does not

Some rendering strangeness particularly with dropdowns. Wine shows "fixme:menu:TrackPopupMenuEx not fully implemented". This hinders updates to tickets, as the empty fields get posted back to Remedy as "updates.

The .ARTask files have to be created manually by copying from a Windows machine (or just making them in a text editor -- they're Remedy-specific shortcut files in text format) (Version 6.00)
