Selected Test Results

What works

-Starting the program (note it opens in system tray)

-connecting from the PSP (note an installaion of the client is required on the psp, and homebrew support is also required on the psp pleas see pspupdates.qj.net for more info about both)

- browsing the server from the PSP (i was only able to read the "C:/" that was automaticly added, after i added something els like "/" withc was added on the server as "z:/". "C:/" is the "/home//.wine/drive_c" dir.

-starting to stream a Video or Audio file (but freezes after 1 to 5 seconds)

What does not

-installer for the PSP (to make it work:connect your psp, then run the installer, then go to (psp memorystick) ms0:PSP/GAME/PIMPSTREAMER201SUB and open pmp.ini and edit the the IP adress that follows "pimpserver_1 = " to the ip adress of the computer running the server followed by ":3333;" as it is the port used)

-Running Video or Audio you get between 1 and 5 seconds and then it freezes

Workarounds

What was not tested

-Installer for the PC (since there is a compressed binary)

-configuring or altering wine to be able to run this program

Additional Comments

I believe this program deserves a Bronze instead of garbage, because of three things: -i did not alter anything about wine (other than to use world of warcraft) -everything is start-able -and a linux port is most likely on the way, probably released before summer(from the homepage)
