What works

The application starts up fine, but only using pcsx2t.exe. All menus + configurations work. Initially there was a Dsound error, but it went away after I used winecfg to make it use XP by default, select hardware acceleration:full, dropped the sample rate to 22050 and turned on driver emulation.

What does not

Running the application in memory enhanced mode. It says it requires a restart to allocate memory, but I'm not entirely sure how to simulate that.

What was not tested

Actual gameplay. Turns out my processor (pentium M) is good enough for a framerate of a whopping 5fps at minimum settings, but I got the exact same problem when running the real PCSX2 on windows so I doubt it's a wine thing.

Additional Comments

I gave this a silver rating because it runs exactly like on my Windows with some modifications in Winecfg, and because it runs using the second (slower) executable. Can anyon else with a better processor confirm that this actually works?
