What does not
Nothing I saw, other than an estimated moderate performance decrease (which is to be expected when you layer direct3d on top of opengl.)
What was not tested
Paid for features.
Tested on a Geforce 6800XT on Ubuntu 7.10 x86_64 with the default proprietary nvidia driver. In the particle test for example, which is one of the slowest parts, it never went below 8 FPS. In the very beginning, which is one of the fastest parts, it was about 75 FPS.
