Use a VM. It's only 64MB and make sure you use Windows 98 or later with this.
You'll need to delete the Serif directory inside your .wine's Program Files. Should be /home/your username/.wine/drive_c/Program FIles

You're better off installing it on a VM. It's only 64MB and works with Windows 9x. I had this from my Serif Student Creativity Pack
