What works

Just about everything works.

What does not

Web browsing. Must use at least version 0.9.44 or greater, earlier versions crash constantly. Have not tested 0.9.45. Versions 0.9.46 and 0.9.47 do not allow using a web browser from bridgebase. With 0.9.44 the bbover.ini file needs Linux_Wine=Y and Browser_Type=E, an error message will still pop-up "Failed to execute default Web Browser, no child process". You may need to start the web browser first. For debian, that is usually iceweasel. Then a new tab or window will open despite the error.

What was not tested

I'm certain I haven't tested something.  Whatever that is has not impacted in my playing, kibbitzing, or chatting in any way.

Additional Comments

Placing symbol.ttf in /usr/share/fonts/truetype/bridgebase/ on etch seems to work well. Main problem was finding the correct version of symbol.ttf. With all versions you need symbol.ttf and either arial, verdana or times new roman.
