What works
Schema Browser, SQL Editor, PL/SQL Editor & Debugger, Session Manager, Database Browser, RedoLog Manager, Database Monitor, Session Browser were tested and work (slower, but) as expected.
What does not
Tablespace-Map gets loaded from the DB, but the displayed grid stays all white. Saving Preferences does not work (couldnt set encryption key). Also its not possible to keep Schema/SID combinations.

had to copy an installation of the Oracle client and set PATH and ORACLE_HOME in HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Environment to it.
