What works
I have made a script that will let you install Vector NTI 10.0. Basically, native MSI is needed and a bunch of other things need to be installed too. Look at http://misha680.googlepages.com/vectorntionlinux ; it works great after install!!!
What does not
Web-based stuff doesn't seem to work ("ordering") but I think this is due to internet explorer problems.

A lot of features, but a lot seemed to work, opening or viewing molecules, primer design, BLAST search, etc.
