What works
Everything works fine until you have to pick something from the main menu. You can't move the cursor at all, and there doesn't seem to be a way to choose an option via the keyboard. Sound seems to be fine, but the gaseous sound playing under the music is very scratchy.

When running, I get a whole bunch of "err:dsound:DSOUND_MixOne Fatal error. Under/Overflow? primary_done=28672, mixpos=2048, primary_mixpos=16384, writepos=20480, playpos=0". Numbers vary a bit.
