The most common version currently in use, Acrobat Pro 6.0 installs and mostly works, but still lacks critical functionality under wine.
Open PDF, Annotate PDF, Touch up text, Save (changed) PDF, create pdf from TXT works flawlessly.

What was not tested
Not mentioned - Not tested.
Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Pro Upgrade. I have done a minimum installation. If you have a CD with the installation files, copy the data files to your disk and change rights of 'setup.exe' (right click and 'Properties') to 'Allow to run as a program' and run the installation from here. The installation went smoothly (no errors). Even asked for the original Acrobat 5.0 disk for confirmation of upgrade rights during the setup.
