What does not
**wine 0.9.27 and 0.9.30 below** -Text in dialog boxes is cut off where it crosses the boarder between the terrain and controls parts of the screen. This will also affect text and the square around menu options in the main menu after you quit a game, using the previous border between the terrain and controls parts of the screen. -when starting a new game or editing the main character's stats, the mouse becomes laggy, until the check/okay button is clicked. (The mouse moves very slowly and its button needs to be held down on the buttons for at least a second before being released if the click is to register.). -Sometimes the graphics will not show up. This happens for me when I have to choose change/ do not change resolution at startup. After chooseing "always change," closing, and restaring the game, the graphics show up again for me. **wine 0.9.27 only below** -When windowed, if I switch to another application and then back, the normal mouse cursor is not hidden. It is shown in the middle of the Geneforge window, jerking, as the special cursor for Geneforge moves. This may be a DirectX problem and not a Geneforge one. "Allow DirectX apps to stop mouse cursor from leaving their window."
What was not tested
I believe I have tested most of it.
I also tested this program with wine 0.9.27 with the same results. I am using DirectX 9.
