Needed the following to prevent OLE error

Redefine shdocvw.dll and shlwapi.dll as "native" and get windows XP versions

I had to get the following dll from Windows XP : cryptui.dll, msxml3.dll and msxml3r.dll

Run with the command line ; WINEDLLOVERRIDES="msxml3=n" wine PgManager.exe
