The game itself works, from graphics to gameplay. Everything runs smooth... Tested the U2 XMP Community Edition.
What does not
The installation program appears to freeze up. Actually it shows a dialog box that asks you if you actually own a copy of Unreal II: The Awaking, but it is hidden in the background and you can't get at it and finish the install. You can copy the installed game from any Windows drive and run the game straight with no problems (except for adjusting your video resolution to match your X desktop).
What was not tested
Online gameplay...not a lot of servers available anyway.
Game runs fine if you can ignore the mouse pointer in the center of the screen. Not many people play this online so you might want to get the UTXMP mod for the Linux version of UT2004 instead.
