What does not
Videos do not play. The intro video will not play in English version, but will show subtitles in all others. Cut scenes play but NPCs and Player are not shown. Game play has weird distortion at top of sceen when panning camera or running.

Installed the needed dx3d file and also tried install full directx but problem still shows....
